Responsibilities:
  • Technical assistance / first level end user support in a multinational environment
  • Accurately determine the problem or request
  • Trouble-shooting, remote support, trouble ticket escalation, monitoring and follow-up of problems.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English is a must
  • High level of French.
  • Qualification in the field of IT and/or strong interest and knowledge of IT issues
  • General knowledge of hardware/software concepts is a must
  • Experience in supporting users in a large corporate environment is a great advantage (Windows OS, MS Office suite, networks, remote access etc)
  • MCP qualifications is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills, adaptability
  • Customer service orientation.

    Ability to work flexible hours!
